The industry has proven resilient, adapting to challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic by focusing on innovative and functional design solutions. Current trends, including sustainability, accessibility, and user-centred designs, are driving the demand for more inclusive and adaptive interior spaces. For RELAY, this market growth presents a significant opportunity to specialise in inclusive retail design. Many retailers seek innovative solutions to improve accessibility while enhancing the customer experience.

The competitive landscape for RELAY includes both direct and indirect competitors.
