Biography.

Wen Hui Venvy Xiao is completing her MSc in Strategic Fashion Management at UAL, actively engaged in research within the realm of fashion strategy innovation and value creation mechanism, with a specific focus on branded third place and cultural capital. Contrasting with the firm-centric value creation, Wenhui’s research concerns stakeholder-focused value co-creation that emphasises social, aesthetic and cultural value creation featuring a collaborative setting across a wider range of sectors in the creative economy.

 

 

She has extensive practical experience and creative achievements in a variety of creative industries, including art, fashion and education. This outstanding curiosity and creativity pervade her lifestyle, academic research and work practices. Her efforts were recognized when she was awarded the London College of Fashion prize for the most outstanding student demonstrating an innovative or sustainable approach to strategic management and/or leadership theory in a fashion context.
